Kudos to the whole team!!! Our regular maintenance is always completed by Kyle, who does an amazing job and is so friendly, we actually request to have him as our technician. Jennifer, who answers the phone, is amazing. She knows exactly who the customer is when they identify themselves, their address, and usually a little personal detail about the client. When it comes to needing new equipment, they had us covered. Melvin is very knowledgeable and isn't try to sell you anything. He wants you to have all the information and all of your options.

I had some issues with our AC. We weren't sure what was going on. I spoke with Melvin last Thursday and he quickly responded. He signed us up for the maintenance seasonal plan. And we received a call Friday and they had someone out there Monday morning. It was as simple as our thermostat, which we had already replaced over the weekend. Chris did a walk through of the attic and got our needs met up there to help us in the long run of anything catastrophic happening. He was very informative, honest and helpful. Said everything else looked great, just some simple preventive measures taken.

I switched to using C3 Heating and Air in 2021 and they've been servicing my two heating and air units since. Back in 2021 they installed a new heating and air unit by Amana. They have been fantastic for the past 4 years with semi-annual tuneups and a few semi-emergency fixes for the older units (always fixing it quickly rather than pushing a new unit on me). I recently had a lightning strike take out the control board on the newer unit (that I purchased through them) and they replaced the board under warranty. I recommend them very highly!
