From simply sending a few pictures of the damage via the website to getting a quote and getting the car booked in and repaired was all done within 10 days and Dave kept me informed of progress once the car was collected for the repairs. This is going to be a long review but please read :) !! Man. An amazing experience I had from Dave. First of all, he’s an incredibly nice person, very nice person to communicate with, easy to talk to, understanding and he’s a genuinely nice person. I’ve had my car 6 months and was incredibly upset by the damage I caused. I looked online at a few different companies, ChipsAway and Axioma were the main ones. I am so incredibly happy that I went with Dave - ChipsAway. My damage would and is completely unknown to anyone who is unaware. I mean look at the photos, they speak for themselves. He took the time to come and look at the damage before taking the job, chatted with me, spoke to me clearly about what and how he would do things. He washed and hoovered my car, also did a few scratches that I wasn’t originally quoted for!! Took 2 days for incredible work. Offered me a runaround car in replacement too. First time I saw my car newly fixed I was in shock. I am incredibly thankful for Dave for being a gifted, professional, body shop repair man, who is one who knows exactly what he is doing, having done it for 15 years. Dave, thank you so much, I will come to you every single time!!!! 100 stars if I could!!!

David provided a top class service and came out twice to give us a quote and check out the damage. Once returned, it was in immaculate condition and he even did a £200 repair for free on the wheel arch area. Lovely guy and a rare find to find someone so lovely, helpful and good at their job 10/10 Thank you :)
