The staff at Cairo one are super friendly. They have very youthful, vivacious energy. They know all their patients by name. Whenever you walk in there's at least 1-3 people greeting you. Same thing when you're leaving, they make sure to tell you bye which is very nice. You're not treated like just another patient. And as far as it being worth the investment... Yes! I have been enjoying improved mobility & reduction in pain. They also have very accommodating financial plans to make your care as affordable as possible.

I started seeing Dr. Austin & Dr. Eric because my neck, back, and hips were out of alignment. In just about two months, I’ve noticed such a huge difference… I actually recently did a backbend (bridge) for the first time since I was a little girl! I feel much more flexible & balanced, I’m sleeping better & I don’t wake up feeling stiff anymore. Both doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and truly care about your progress. They truly want you to feel like your best self & are dedicated to making that happen! &&& the whole staff is so friendly and upbeat that it actually makes coming to appointments fun!

I've been going here for one month and their program really does work, first of all. Huge increase in comfort and pain-free range of motion in my lower back already. A big open floor plan with bright windows and super friendly staff makes all of us feel like being part of their team towards wellness. It is way more than just getting adjusted. Dr. Austin and team take their time to properly diagnose and map out a multi-month program with in office exercises, stretching, traction, and homework to do. Great equipment, open floor plan, comprehensive program, friendly, competent staff, and....drum roll...they take insurance. I've tried a few chiropractic offices before, this one finally makes sense and just feels nicer (that open floor plan again).
