Rhys, who handles a lot of the scheduling and assists with exercises, is incredibly friendly, organized, and patient. She makes the process smooth and stress-free, and her positive attitude makes every visit more enjoyable. She always makes me laugh or smile on even my days when I’m In alottttt of pain ! Jeremy is also fantastic—he walks patients through exercises, makes sure they’re being done correctly, and offers helpful tips to get the best results. He’s attentive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each person’s progress. The entire office works together to create a welcoming, supportive, and results-driven environment. I've always been a proponent for Chiropractic care and would go for adjustments pretty regularly. However, since becoming a patient of Dr. Mike's at Chiro One in Peoria, my physical health has improved immensely. With the combination of weekly adjustments and weekly exercises and physical therapy, plus I've been wearing my orthotics daily (I also bought one of their pillows), I not only feel better, but I am able to do more things that I enjoy like golf, working out, and playing sports with my children. Rhys and Jeremy are amazing as well...they definitely make the visits more enjoyable! Keep up the great work!

I am grateful for Chiro One! Being able to stretch & exercise before getting adjusted makes a big difference in the effectiveness of the adjustments. Also, doing traction after the adjustments helps create long term results. In addition, Dr. Mike, Reese & Jeremy have created a fun, family type atmosphere. And, Dr. Mike has been able to adjust vertebrae which have never moved before in my life! I am very grateful!
