Loved the atmosphere! We stopped in for lunch so my husband could try a cider they were serving on tap and were completely blown away by food. What a sleeper! The Philly sandwich was packed with flavor. Beer selection was awesome- they have the lotto machines, pool tables and what looks like live bands often. Great find! Highly recommend.

This was our first time at Hillsboro Bar and Grill, and we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is amazing—super chill, relaxed, and the Halloween decor gave it such a fun vibe. At first, we weren’t sure about the setup—whether to wait for a table or order at the bar—but it was so laid-back that we just found a seat and settled in. We came mainly for the gambling machines, but everything else exceeded our expectations. My fiancé ordered our drinks at the bar—he got a Modelo and I had a Boneyard—and they were both excellent. For food, we tried the Cowboy Burger with fries, and wow… it was incredible. I was honestly in awe—it was that good! The service was also fantastic. The staff checked in on us without being intrusive, making sure we were comfortable and happy with our food. Overall, it was a relaxed, fun experience, and we left wanting to come back. We’d definitely recommend Hillsboro Bar and Grill to anyone looking for great drinks, amazing food, plenty of entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Everyone here is so nice. The food is grubbin' good! If you don't get their clam chowder, then shame on you. I went twice while I was in town for the CHOWDAH! The pat of butter makes it special.

Outstanding service and amazing food. We'll be going back next time we're in town. Only suggestion is for the price of the french fries you could be more generous.
