Customer experiences
I needed a Canadian passport photo and had already been rejected three times. I called Innovative Images Photography and within an hour, I had new photos in hand that were done right. Super professional, fast, and clearly knows exactly what’s required. Really appreciated how easy Robert made the whole process!
Robert Berger took my New Zealand passport photo ten years ago. I was so happy with the results that I saved his contact information with my passport. He just took another lovely photo to use for my passport renewal. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Robert is such a nice person to talk to. I visited him for my visa photo-he took a lot of care concerning this. The visa photograph he provided me was accepted by the consulate. He knows all about the visa requirements.
Ten years ago I decided that I had had enough of having an unflattering passport photo and had my picture professionally done. When it came time for it to be renewed this time, I was sure that I wanted to try this again. And it was a truly amazing experience that ended with a great passport photo and a really wonderful and thoughtful customer service experience with Robert. I was under a time crunch to renew my passport while I was in Houston on family business. I made an appointment with Robert who received me with welcoming kindness. He took some pictures and in the end I wasn’t crazy about how they turned out and Robert worked with me and very generously let me come back and reshoot the pictures another day. His location was a bit far from where I was based and so I tried a few other options while I was in town and the majority of them turned out so bad that it became kind of a joke and now…a collage. Ha! But Robert encouraged me to come back out for another session and I am so, so glad that I did. What a great photographer, a true caring professional and a warm and kind man. I highly recommend his services and love my photo that will be with me for the next 10 years of my life!
