Christensen & Plouff Land Surveying

We have lived in our house for 37 years and have both good neighbors and an understanding of our property lines since we moved in. We are ready to replace our fence and didn't want to lose our neighbor relations or need to relocate this new fence should we place it upon our 'understanding' of our lines. We would always prefer to accept the recommendations of others but never knew someone who had used a surveyor before. It so happened the team from C&P was working on our street and were kind enough to share what they were working on and how they were able to set boundaries. After seeing their work, talking to them about their experience and the referral of the homeowner they were working with, we decided they were the company we wanted to have survey our property too. The field crew were focused on their work but explained their markers. Additionally, they will be sending us a map of our property and also file a certified copy to become a permanent part of our property records. In summary, we are very pleased with their work along with my personal dealings with the field crew and the owner of the company. We would highly recommend them for any work like ours. Last comment from a homeowner - with what it costs for a new fence, I would not consider one unless I had had a survey done and built it from those markers. No one wants the problem of having to take it down and move it due to a properly line issue after its been built.
