I recently ordered two Franz Collection teapots from Biggs' online store. I was impressed by their responsiveness throughout the order process, and the teapots arrived safely and undamaged. The shipping was handled with great care and professionalism.
Outstanding customer service!! I contacted the company regarding a retired superman Myriad that was impossible to find! I was lucky enough to be warmly greeted on the phone by the owner Jim Biggs. This guy could not have been nicer. I told him how important this piece was and he told me he was calling his contact to track down this piece. The next day he calls me with GREAT news that he tracked down 1 superman myriad!!! It was at Swarovski and he arranged for them to send it. The entire process took a couple weeks from shipping out of the country. There was not a week that went by where I didn't hear from Jim with a status update. Biggs Ltd will be the ONLY place I shop for collectibles and I will refer him to everyone. It is very nerve racking with such large purchases but Jim was so professional. Thank you Jim and Biggs Ltd for locating this piece and for the exceptional customer service!! We will be clients for life!!
Not good customer service. A very nice tea kettle with hearts on it in the store window caught my eye. I went inside. No other shoppers were in the store, so I was waiting to be greeted. It wasn’t until I made my way back to the register that someone acknowledged me. The tone wasn’t inviting. I took a chance anyway and asked a question about a purse and the answer that was given was, again, not in a good tone and a little condescending I felt. I liked the items in the store but not spending money where people aren’t welcoming and/or helpful.
