I really could use your help. Like desperately but I don't have a lot of money. You have a reputation that seems to be exactly what I need to help stand up for what's right. I'm facing an eviction from my HUD subsidized housing apt in Richmond, Kentucky. It's an erroneously wrongful eviction. The eviction is so mischaracterizer by property managers. The property management have contradicted between the eviction report and the informal hearing enlightened misrepresentation of the truth for the purpose of misleading the court to ensure eviction. I'm absolutely baffled disheartened yet determined to expose the true nature of what I absolutely believe I am facing eviction for. I firmly believe that my Punjabi Indian husband is being discriminated against for his national origin but going through me to cover that up in compiling grounds for eviction with concocted no proof contradictory documentation and omissions and reports so contradictory did I believe anyone could see through it. This property management has failed since January 6th 2024 to add my husband on my lease although every legal USCIS document lawful presents Department of Homeland Security documents have all been submitted and even all the paperwork signed Property Management has continued to make excuses and here it is my time to renew my lease and rental assistance and all the sudden I am facing eviction. Even having the audacity in the eviction notice to refer to my husband as a guest. Not very thorough in the execution of disguising their true intent it is hit me out of nowhere and I'm afraid I'm going to be evicted and nowhere to go and I'm disabled temporarily but I don't receive any Social Security benefits or anything like that because I want to get my life back and restart business llc when I'm able. Although I definitely do not want an eviction on my record I feel I have no other recourse except to stand up and fight for what's right. Fight for my rights under the Fair Housing act and the Discrimination laws that HUD Governs. Sir, I just don't know how to beat the property manager & assistant manager who are willing to collude together and lie with no moral couth about them. Believe you me if this was a justified eviction if I warranted being evicted I would put my big girl panties on and walk away that can walk away and let two people the governor over a property of poverty ridden people and use tactics of intimidation retaliation and threats to manage the people that are living as low as you can go before the road. I am in the public housing out of default it is not my way of living and it is not where I'm comfortable but it was my saving Grace when I had to sell mine and my sons home. And I lost the ability to walk for almost a year I had to let go of my business and although I don't belong in public housing surrounded by such Low mentality uncomfortability of poverty living under government housing thumb it's what happened and I am thankful it was here for me and my son. I am willing to find a place to live and I don't want an eviction on my record but I have to continue to show my 19 yr old son that I raised all alone for 17 years and worked my butt off to provide a good life and teach him to be a man that can rely Souly on himself always stand up for yourself and fight for your truth and what's right no matter what you might lose in doing so. I taught my boy to know that he is worthy of anything in this world if he works hard for it, lives right to obtain it and always appreciates it when he has it. My son had a 3.8 gpa grade average graduated with distinct honors 4 time award winner in the JRTC graduated as captain. Now a full time college student at EKU, a fulltime employee at Valvoline and a E3 in the Army National Guard. And there's no way then I'm going to let them lie on myself and son so that they can disguise their real motives that is discriminatory. Isn't the fact this property over 100 apartments has no other nationality but Caucasian. I got married on January 6 2024 to my Punjabi husband I have felt like a target since.
