Attention everyone! Please do not go with their reviews, I’m sure they are fake. These people are unprofessional, unethical and borderline scammers. They tell you timelines which they don’t care to follow. They don’t care about what guidelines you give them. They just do whatever the hell they want and stop attending to calls as they like. The samples I gave them for the box design were returned to me damaged, torn and dirty. The sample box I received from them was white when I had clearly told them I want a black box. No logo printing was done. Dimensions were completely off, they just did what they wanted to and foam inserts looked like they were cut with paper cutters. If you would like to know in detail what happened with me when I decided to choose Brandofy as my packaging partner, please read below. Note: It’s going to be a long read, so for most small business owners I highly suggest please just stay away from these guys! Sagar was my point of contact and I had gone to his office to discuss the packaging needs for my sports racket brand. We discussed every detail at length and the meeting lasted about 30-45mins. I showed him my products and left 2 pcs with him so he could shape the foam inserts accordingly. I was clear about the fact that I want a black box package for my product and gave him all the dimensions that were required for the box. This meeting happened on the 24th August and we discussed that my material is coming by the 28st August so I asked when he will deliver the packaging. He guaranteed that his job is about 7 days to get the order ready (which meant it would be ready by 31st August roughly). I was okay to proceed. I tried to reach him on his cell and failed the entire week. I was only able to get through his cell 1 time on the 28th of August to get a status update and I was told that I will receive a callback from his production team and the material will be ready. On the 30th of August I was frustrated as 6 days had passed after we met and there was no response from him. I had not paid him for the order at this time as I was not informed about anything from his side the entire week. So I knew he had not done any of my work. At this point I receive a call from his warehouse guy Prathamesh and he tells me that he has just received the rackets and he will give the sample on 2nd September, when I was guaranteed that I will get my entire packaging material by the 31st of August. I called Sagar multiple times, my phone was cut and not answered but I wanted to discuss this matter with him as he was one who had committed the timeline to me. After 5-6 repeatedly calls he picks up and says “kya hogaya hai Kritik, bolo yaar” with the way he started speaking I realised I had made a big big mistaking judging this person to be a good guy. I told him about everything and he point black denied everything and told me I did not commit any such thing and told me to do my business properly. After calling him out he refused to accept his mistake and rather than trying to resolve the matter, he was like “ab bolo kya karna hai tumko”. I was shocked to see that there are still these kind of manipulative and two faced people in the world. I asked him that, if I get the sample on the 2nd and I give the order when will I get the entire order. He said 7 days (which would mean I would receive the order around 10th of September). I was furious but I controlled my anger and showed calm and patience as I had decided not to work with them and get my rackets back from such people. I told him to go ahead and get the sample ready asap, whilst he cut the call mid way. I talked to Prathamesh and asked him about the timeline as well and he told me it’s going to take 10 days and for the sample also you have to transfer 1K. I paid the amount and told him to get the sample ready asap, so that all of this could get over. My sample was delayed and I received it on the 3rd September that too around 6PM. Try at your own risk please as I don’t want any small business owner to face what I faced.
