I had a very nice experience this week at the Cincinnati Dental Services Edgewood. All the staff were courteous and eager to make my visit pleasant and enjoyable. They were on time in the Reception area, pleasant and cheerful as they welcomed me and made me comfortable.The dental hygienist, Michelle, was very friendly and efficient as she took my x-rays, and then updated the cleaning process and got me ready for the dentist, Dr. Vaughn. The Dr. thoroughly performed the exam, and answered my questions. In a few minutes, I was back at the Reception Desk, and closing my visit with cheerful efficiency of the office staff.

Great 1st visit experience. I expect future visits will result in the same. Kudos to all of the staff I had the fortune to interact with. From the front desk to the back end, very friendly and helpful. Did not feel any of my usual dental anxiety. Looking forward to my follow up visits. 5 stars.

Very friendly and relaxed. Got me in when I needed an urgent appointment. Seemed like all the employees and Dr’s were happy to be working there.

The dental services provided are usually very good. I had a recent appointment in early September cancelled and waited to hear about a reschedule call and got no call. I called the office the first part of October and they rescheduled me for the middle of the month. When I showed up for that appointment I was told my name was not on the schedule. They had an opening for the following day which I took. Unfortunately I take an antibiotic before the cleaning and they agreed to provide the medication free of charge which is the least they could do under the circumstances.
