Just had my first appointment here for a regular cleaning/checkup with x-rays. No complaints from me, this place was chill. As far as the general theme... the atmosphere was super clean and the front desk guy, Noah I think, was quick and welcoming. Into the actual work.. the hygienist, Summer, did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and polishing them. I didn't feel anything and I sometimes have been known to have sensitive gums. She talked me through her process so I didn't feel blindsided by anything as well as giving me a quick rundown of how to keep up my hygiene. Following that, the dentist.. I believe his name was Dr. Chang? He was super kind and friendly doing his exam and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I didn't have much interaction with him generally though since I wasn't getting anything major done. I'm glad I didn't feel rushed or invisible to the staff like I usually do at offices so I'm satisfied with this location and will return.

Went in for a cleaning, overall experience was great and process was thorough. The Higentist did a great job and provided good explanation for steps. I came from another Cincinnati Dental office who was having scheduling issues and theFlorence office contacted them to get my X-rays which saved me some $$'s. Good service overall!

That staff was so nice and welcoming. I didnt have to wait at all. I was so pleased with my cleaning and the doctor was great!!! Highly recommend!!!
