HALWas convinced to leave my job which offered medical,dental and RRSP for a job that didn't. I was told it was available at the time of the job offer and realized the truth after I joined the new organization. I was told my salary would be increased after the probation period which also turned out to be a lie. The new organization had such a massive turnover of employees due to the toxic management. This recruiter was well aware of it but continues to push unsuspecting candidates to join this organization because she gets compensated for all new hires. Avoid this agency as they only have clients who have huge staffing issues and they rely on this recruiter to fill in positions by making false promises. Also all the positive reviews here are fakes. None of these people who have left these positive reviews work in the insurance industry.
