This was my second time here. I really enjoyed myself. I only did the day package but was able to partake in everything without feeling rushed. We arrived before 11 am and it got busier throughout the time we were there. The place is well maintained. My only suggestion is as it pertains to wet room, don’t bother wearing your slippers in there it can be very slippery.

It’s a lovely spa. I had a fantastic Swedish massage.. I think the front desk can do a better job at explaining what the water journey is. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to have someone walk you through the facility. Pre-warn people about the slick floors that I was told daily people complain about. That is located in the hot tub cold plunge area.! be very careful. I watched several people, including myself slip and catch themselves. The hot tub was not as hot as what most hot tubs are, and the steam room was barely putting out steam . We had to walk all the way to the reception area to have them rectify that . The cold plunge isn’t really consistent to other cold plunge as well . It was probably set at like 60. The Asian food that they have in the lunch area was just OK. The soup and smoothies were perfect. My sister‘s facial was spectacular . Loved the massage chair . We Noticed them on the way out. How do I realize they were there? I would’ve done it more than once.

Let me start by saying I love this place. I’ve been here almost 10 times and have a great experience almost every time. Everyone I take here has enjoyed it and said great things. I’ve had a massage twice, but I usually just come for the pools, saunas, and chairs. They are very much worth the price, but the massages are a little pricey. The food is also a little pricey, but everything is usually generous and good. The fries are not oily, but they are bland and dry - best to skip those. The Asian food is great! I wish they had some healthier options. If you wanted a small snack they don’t have many good options, but the meals are great. I always get the Hawaiian and it is my favorite drink. The smoothies are also good and will keep you satiated if you don’t want the unhealthy food. There are lots of good places in the casino next door. But if you leave the spa you can’t come back. No outside food allowed. The staff is very calm and stays out of your way. The only serious staff members is the woman who does body scrubs in the woman hot tub. I listen to my podcast, but never take out my phone in the tub and shower area. She will tell you to put your phone in your locker! Be mindful. The rooms and water are usually clean. But there have been 2 occasions where the water/saunas were very very dirty. They likely need a more regular cleaning schedule. Everything is usually working. One time the sauna was broken and the desk attendant gave me some food discount. The massage chairs aren’t my favorite, but every time I come less of them are working. Highly recommend. There are no reservations unless you have a massage booked. I highly recommend coming early on weekends. I don’t think they ever get booked on weekdays. I once waited about 30 minutes on a weekend - but nothing too crazy. This place always feels calm and has low foot traffic, so they definitely limit how many people get in. Easily a 6 hour activity for me! 10/10.

Won't come again. The body scrub I got was awesome, but the last asked if I was going to tip in cash or card immediately after service as I was getting dressed. I'm half in a bathing suit. Where am I keeping the cash?!? Also the pools are not that hot and there are no temperatures posted. There is a cold plunge, a not cold and a kinda warm one. Thought I recommend going on a week day to keep the crowds down, if you go alone and there is no one else in the wet area you can't be in there. I was told to leave when the second to last person left because you can't be in there alone. The front desk person doesn't show you around or tell you any of the rules so folks were walking around in shoes and outside clothes because they didn't know. It's confusing to find things. There's not a lot of separation in the co-ed areas so if one person is being loud in the restaurant you can here them every where. This place is more spa inspired with a Korean person working there rather than a spa. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of the volume of services they offer. Go to Bodhi instead. This place is overpriced and not worth it.

Citron Spa is a spa.
