We needed to replace a 2nd floor outside deck door. With all the atmospheric rains lately, it had started to fail. We found City & Country website and they had some really great reviews. Called them, and the owner was at our place the next day. He was very thorough and gave us some options. He sent us a very competitive quote within a few days. And a timeline to install the new frame and door. Two of his technicians arrived with the new door. Very professional and experienced and polite. They went right to work and everything was completed that day. It is great to find a very professional and local Surrey company that can take care of pretty much everything. The office manager Sharla was extremely helpful. With great follow up and attention to detail. We will definitely be using City & Country for any issues that comes up at our home in the future.

The steps everyone on this team does is flawless/seamless. They go above with their communication. Quote was quick and on point Shayne had that to me by end of day. Now remember it was a simple quote. Sharla setting up a time for the installers to come, even followed up the day before. The installers got there started working had it all done as promised one day. Even though they were way up on the roof. They kept the yard clean and did a final walk through with me. Second job they have done for me and always top of the game.
