Words cannot express the gratitude i have for Roger and his wonderful team. Roger first came out among other local roofing companies in Baltimore last year when i had a horrible roof leak. I knew i needed a new deck soon but the other companies walked out back and started throwing numbers at me to redo the roof and the deck. They did not try to find the leak or help me. Roger without me asking did a full blown inspection trying to find a fix to my issue. He then showed me affordable/ creative options to make somthing work. The next day he came out and gave me some supplies to try to remedy the leak myself without me asking. When i saved up to get the whole thing done there was no question i would be going straight to roger and a year later he remembered me and my situation. He was fair and knowledgebale. He treated me like a friend. His team was respectful of my property and neighbors, fast, efficient, and the attention to detail was incredible. Happy to say i have a roof and deck team for life. Thank you Roger!

We had our flat roof on our row home replaced by Roger's team in late July 2025 and we could not be happier with their work. His team led by his sons Will and Josh was excellent. They were professional, did high quality work, and treated our home like it was their own. We’re happy with both the materials and process they used. In addition to tearing off the old roof and putting on a new one, the work included replacement of five skylights, modifying and sealing off an old unused chimney, and safely lifting two roof HVAC units to replace the roof under them without any damage. We would recommend them to anyone, 5/5 stars.

I just had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the work. This was not a simple job. Roger, his two sons, and their crew removed my rooftop deck, put on new siding, installed a new door, new roof, gutters, downspout, electrical outlet, light fixture, and even a new vent for the back bathroom. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything looks great and I feel confident the house is now fully waterproof. The team was prompt, respectful, and easy to work with. They also cleaned up so well after themselves which made the whole process stress free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or home exterior work done.

City Builders were timely, efficient, and reasonable. I noticed some wood hanging from the front fascia of my town house in locust point. They provided me an estimate within a day, and the repair was done about a week (after the rain cleared). I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Baltimore area, as I also plan on using them again for any roofing needs.
