I had an outstanding experience with CITY CALLING ever since I started working with them . From start to finish, their team went above thanks to (Aaryan) and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The customer service was top-notch, with prompt responses and clear communication every step of the way.
Advertised a one day position, I called several times over a period of 20 minutes and nobody picked up (it was 3pm). Called again and went through another extension and finally got through, before I was able to confirm if the job was even available I immediately got pressured into sending over my details to 'register' with them however I told them Im not interested in handing out my personal information left and right if the job is not there.. been told 'its a colleagues job' and that they will ring me as soon as they are back, after 40 minutes and messaging them I got told they are not back yet... after further hour I call the office again and manged to get through only to be told the job has been filled already... Imagine if I had some other opportunity waiting and wanted to be fair as I spoke to them first yet got not given a toss about at all and bluntly ignored. Would never recommend for someone who is fair and threats their job seriously and use only if this is the last resort.
