During a recent family outing to Ajman City Center, we encountered several challenges that detracted from our experience. Firstly, the signage directing us to the upper-level parking was inadequate, especially in the evening when visibility was low. Upon entering the food court, we were met with an overwhelming crowd and a distinct lack of available seating, which seems particularly critical during peak weekend hours. It would be beneficial for management to consider increasing the number of tables and chairs to accommodate the influx of visitors. Our children were eager to enjoy the Magic Planet entertainment area; however, we found the pricing and package options to be rather inflexible and costly, especially given the limited variety of games available. When the children attempted to redeem their points—totaling 421—there was a system error that left them disappointed. It was disheartening to see the staff unable to resolve this issue promptly, and we felt that a more proactive customer service approach could have significantly improved the situation. Moreover, the absence of visible management during this busy period was notable and contributed to the overall lack of support for guests navigating these challenges. I recommend a thorough reassessment of customer service strategies and operational logistics to enhance the guest experience, particularly during peak times. With these improvements, Ajman City Center has the potential to offer a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience for families.
