Sel GultekinDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just spoke them on the phone to cancel my car insurance because I sold my car. They said £75 cancellation fee plus 15% of whole policy amount😳 I said what? I said firstly the cancellation fee is too high but I do understand the cancellation fee you have to do but what the hell is 15% of the amount of whole year policy😳 they said sorry its how our business works. This is absolutely rubbish. I never heard this before. They basically stealing people money. Stay away this thief company.
Joshua JamesDo not use this company, they cancelled our Van insurance after they supposedly wanted to 'confirm the correct mileage', after they tried emailing but we never recieved any emails, only the one cancelling the policy for no reason. They had no number on file to call us either which is strange. Charging us £90 for cancelling our policy which we did not agree too, and only giving us a discount on that if we renew with them at an extortionate rate, con artists! We have been driving around with no insurance for weeks because of this company, if something had serious had happened then we would be in serious trouble. Disgusting way to do business.
Liudmila LobanovaI do not recommend this insurance company. It's a shame that there is no option to not give stars at all. I had an accident three weeks ago that was not my fault. My car is totally loose. I still haven't received any money or hire a car. They are rude on the phone. I will be writing an official complaint.
