It's cold, but these folks are outside keeping the city running. It's not glamorous work but it is so important. I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for these guys covered in mud, operating machines, and just doing the work. I can't even imagine how physically and mentally demanding all that must be. You don't get enough credit. Thank you for doing what you do.

There is NO water in Southview since last 6 days..for the first 3 days the workforce didn't even bother to be here and do the repair..why will you stop supply if the repair was not supposed to begin at that time..horrible...you need to wake up to the new reality of increasing people in the city and have to plan accordingly..
