Having been at iServe Executive Centre for over 10+ years, I can basically call this place my second home. The location is incredible and close to major highways. The staff are basically family at this point and are the most caring and kind group of individuals I have ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for shared office space.

I have been at the facility for over 10 years. I find it to be very comfortable and inviting, with bright surroundings and helpful, approachable staff. It felt at ease and safe and at home always. It is a great location, walking distance to a major street and minutes away from a highway. It is great for those who commute with a car as well as those who take public transportation.

We were very lucky to find iServe Executive Centre (“iServe”) and moved in a few years ago. The reason we had to find new offices (having been at our previous location for many years) was because of the landlord’s (large institution) demand to extend our lease for 5 years. In a fast changing business environment, being stuck with a long 5-year lease was no longer viable, especially, to a small business like ours. The landlord’s inflexible policy (“take it or leave it”) actually helped us to save our operational costs substantially (both fixed and variable costs) and we ended up working in a better environment at iServe. To say a few key specifics (not all since the list would be too long) about iServe: - Lease rates are absolutely competitive. Less than half of what we used to pay to previous landlord for doing the same work we have been doing. - Lease terms were flexible. - Professional, Efficient and Effective support team under the leadership of the manager Alicia. - Clean, beautiful office environment. - Excellent amenities. - The landlord listens to your/our specific needs and works things out for you. We found this to be a very unique quality of iServe, that we appreciate and respect; Very warm, thoughtful and humane. Keep up the great leadership and management, iServe Executive Centre team!!!

We have been with iServe Executive Centre for 12+ years. The Service and Environment are exceptional. Other similar companies make it feel like you are renting space, like being a temporary tenant, but iServe takes that reality out of the equation. You feel like it is your office as they pay attention to each of little details of being in and working in, an office environment. I cannot recommend them enough for the environment, they have created where all of your administrative details are handled perfectly by the all the iServe staff and management!.
