We were able to find a great fit for the unit for a 12/1 to 8/31 lease, and at above asking price! Orlando was very organized, professional, hardworking, and a phenomenal communicator. Their is no respect of tenant privacy rights. They bring a person to your property daily within your last 8-4 weeks of your lease. Lots of people in and out your property daily, they go through refrigerator, your closets. They start reading your personal information on your calendars, opening up your washer and dryer, leaving your doors open, leaving your electricity on. When you are the person paying for all of the bills, not city realty group. On top of everything, they have random people recording not just the home but inside your closets and personal space and belongings. This is truly an invasion of privacy on every level. Specially, when you have been a victim of crime. I feel I should be given a month back of rent because I have had no peace and quiet for the past eight weeks will all these showing, it’s exhausting. On top of having to deal with horrible smells as you sleep, from the windows that are not properly sealed. Smelling things like dog urine, people smoking cannabis consistently all day and night. I have never been in an property where I felt so uncomfortable. I feel like I have no rights and I feel I have been tricked. This is one of the worst properties I’ve ever rented, out of 20 years of renting experience. I will never use this company ever again, nor recommend it. Treat your tenants with respect and dignity, do not take advantage of the laws that allows you to do showings on the home. If you’re gonna have someone touring the property almost everyday in the tenants last month of the property, make their rent free. This has caused me stress and extreme anxiety. This has also impacted my service by causing him stress. This organization did not care about my mental health and for that reason, I must make a review. And hope they change there practices.

They have a team that focus solely in leasing. Rachel and Kristi are always very helpful. They do have very nice units close to public transportation, another plus for tenants.
