The worst experience I have had not once but twice !!! My bad that I still went back to them the second time around. It has been 1 month since they picked up our scales for repair and there has been no update since. I received a call on 9th March to negotiate the amount where the person quoted me much higher than what was indicated and confirmed to deliver same day. I assumed that it would have been delivered but only learnt today when my team came to me to complain that it has not been delivered. When I called them - no one had a clue that the machine was still not delivered. I wonder how business like this operate!!! Please dont waste your time going to them.
At first I was little hesitated to do business with City Scales, but their service was excellent. Now I decided to trust C.S and i had continued doing business with them since. They are very honest, reliable, and timely.
The is a new start and has a great service .. i too like the pallet scale i bought for my warehouse . and its been easy since after that because the look after its maintance ... i urge all to go ahead and have look at the product range .
