The worst experience I have had not once but twice !!! My bad that I still went back to them the second time around. It has been 1 month since they picked up our scales for repair and there has been no update since. I received a call on 9th March to negotiate the amount where the person quoted me much higher than what was indicated and confirmed to deliver same day. I assumed that it would have been delivered but only learnt today when my team came to me to complain that it has not been delivered. When I called them - no one had a clue that the machine was still not delivered. I wonder how business like this operate!!! Please dont waste your time going to them.
