Frankee MoroBooked in to get zoom in chair whitening for their offer of $399. They contacted me 3 times to change my appointment saying that the dentist was on leave. I’ve done zoom in chair whitening before elsewhere and it gives average results of 6-12 shades lighter. I also did my research and every dental website offering zoom in chair whitening guarantees you this. I looked at over 30 websites. I took the offer here because it was about $300 off the full price. I really regret that now. They only managed to get me only 3 shades lighter, I don’t think she knew what she was doing and when I look in the mirror I can’t even notice the difference. The staff are polite and nice but this deal for $399 for zoom in chair whitening is a complete SCAM! Please save your money and go somewhere more reputable and with some kind of guarantee. I wish I had. I feel like I threw $399 in the bin. I don’t even know if the person who did the whitening for me was a registered dentist as they rescheduled my appointment 3 times saying that the dentist was on leave. I should have checked all this before I had it done but I was too excited about having my teeth whitened again.
