WORST experience ever!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I could, 2 days ago my daughter went to do her eyebrows/upper lip They burned her in two spots, one was under her eyebrow and the second was her forehead( attached picture). Saftey wise it was very close to my dauggter's eye and the owner did not even care to apologize or even to take responsibilty or ownership, The owner told me "it happens, may be waxing not for her!!! At least admit the mistake, also my daughter does waxing all the time not her first time. It has been 2 days now and still hurt and I am scared it may leave a scar. DONT WAX AT THIS LOCATION AND I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THEM.

Kindly change your customer service . I went for waxing and threading at 6:20 but two of their employees said, sorry we can’t do waxing now because we have an appointment at 6:40pm which was so unprofessional and unfair for customers. It shows they prefer appointment customers only but not walk ins. If this is the case, you should post it outside on door. Thank you.
