This morning I received a phone call (pre-arranged) from the pharmacist. I am relatively new to the practice. I think this is the third consultation I have had with the pharmacist. I am impressed with the level of service I have received since transferring from elsewhere. It's good to be treated like an adult and to feel at the end of the consultation confident in the information I've been given.

Rarely need to use my GP (thankfully)but recently had 2 consultations with Dr Monk, who was amazing. I felt listened to and she was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is just what you need in a GP. As a healthcare professional myself I cannot thank her enough for her help.

Lovely GP practice. I arrived from living overseas for a few years and called the practice in the morning and they were able to get me listed as a temporary member and an appointment the same evening! Carmel at the front desk was absolutely lovely and friendly. I didn't have to wait, the appointment was on time and I saw the nurse practitioner who was also really nice! Couldnt fault it.

This GP practice is always helpful and waiting times are very good indeed. I have been with this practice for roughly 13 years now. They seem to not overbook their slots and they have never failed to see me within a good time which is very rare nowadays! They all work incredibly hard. Fantastic service, highly recommended
