I just recently finished the medical office administrator program at Medix and it was a wonderful experience. My teacher Dorian was one of the best teachers that I have ever had. She was extremely helpful and very honest about what would be expected when you enter the work place. The whole process from applying to graduating was very smooth and everyone was very helpful. Ghazal gave me a lot of good information about placement and what comes after. Overall Medix prepared me in every way for what comes after I finish school. I even got a job in the field before I even graduated! Thank you Medix!

My name is Parwen, and I applied for the MLTA (Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant) program at Medix College. Initially, I was impressed by how the college presented itself, with claims of professionalism, supportive staff, and a structured system to help students grow in their careers. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite, which made me cry on the first day. From the beginning, communication within the college was strong with Mr. Dickson, but other staff seemed disconnected; one department had no idea what the other was doing. For instance, my husband was allowed to sit with me for the orientation and everyone else was attacked on him as why I seek support of him as he was trying to help me to better understand my way towards the goals and objective I had, instead they appreciate someone for his/her good work they started yelling and destroying all the effort we gave to come to that stage, I understood that they don’t care once the funding was approved. Everything was operated manually, with no signs of professionalism or proper coordination. As a new student, I felt utterly lost. Orientation, which should have been an encouraging introduction, gave off much negative energy that discouraged students from day one. I completed my OSAP, cancelled it immediately, and withdrew my application. However, during orientation, I quickly realized how disorganized things were. The finance representative treated me like I had done something wrong by asking questions. She introduced herself as "Finance" but interfered with every department's responsibility, creating confusion. What shocked me was that, after completing all the procedures, the college director called me for an interview on the last day of orientation. This felt unnecessary and disheartening. I began to doubt myself, unsure of what I had done wrong or why this happened after everything was supposedly finalized. Thankfully, my husband was there to support me and remind me of my potential. He encouraged me not to give up and helped me see that the issue was with the institution, not with me. I decided not to continue with Medix College, which was the right choice. This college made me feel like I could not study or succeed. Its approach lacks encouragement, professionalism, and student support. I urge anyone considering Medix College for their future to think carefully. Based on my experience, it discourages rather than empowers its students. This is my honest experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

I recently completed my Medical Office Administrator diploma at Medix College, and I had an amazing experience! I would especially like to thank my instructor Catherine, who taught with so much dedication and made learning so easy and enjoyable. A big shoutout to my representative Nousheen, who was so helpful and supportive from the beginning of my admission process. And I’m also very thankful to my externship coordinator Ghazal Sabri, who helped me smoothly complete my externship and guided me every step of the way. The college environment was friendly and professional, and I always felt supported. I highly recommend Medix College to anyone looking to start a career in healthcare!

I just want to say thanks to all the staff at Medix for helping me and having patience with me throughout my journey. I went through some tough times with family problems and sad times, but their staff were there for me and supported me to the end. I felt like given up but with th support I had from the instructors and my family I could not have done this. This was a great experience I will never forget. Clohe
