We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism, timeliness and results of CJ Spotless window washing service. Junior , the owner, was quick to respond , sent us his license and insurance and communicated well making arrangements and confirming our appt. via phone and email. Apparently , there are no harsh chemicals used with the outside water washing brush system. ( ask Junior for details!) He also paid meticulous detail to the cleaning of the windows on the inside, managing the screens and wiping down the sills. We have the window pane inserts on the inside of our windows. They are not removable. Junior did not change his estimate or cost to accommodate the extra work when he noticed them the day of service He retrieved a different squeegee from his van and did an amazing job. Lastly , his estimated time for on site was accurate. He offered to return if we had any concerns and he was very gracious and polite, careful and clean the entire 5-51/2 hours at our home. I highly recommend using this service ! Junior truly customizes his work for the customer’s needs. If you are looking for a high satisfaction service without stress choose CJ spotless!!
