their newest hire made sure to make me feel unwelcome and it left such a sour taste in my mouth i left with one thing even though i needed to restock all my essentials (5 things) i don’t think ill be back at this sephora even though its closest to my home. the employee was rude and gave me an attitude because i knew where to grab my foundation from. i understand guiding the customer and letting them know things but being upset when i tell her i dont need her help was unecessary. weird weird woman.

Went in yesterday to grab the Dae Styling Cream. Ii knew exactly where it was at as I am a frequent Sephora Customer and after I found it, went to check out. I told the girl at the register that I had a Sephora Credit Card reward I wanted to use ahead of time and she walked me through how to use it, except instead of using the reward she charged me the full amount on the credit card. No big deal at all until the manager comes over. Manager was an Asian girl named Meimei, I believe. She comes over and the cashier explains the situation. I told her I just wanted to use my reward and she explains she’ll have to do a return and ring me up again in order to use the reward. She also told me she hadn’t trained the other girl on how to redeem credit card rewards and said “so she understood everything you asked, but she thought it would automatically come off. As someone who also works in retail, I understood and wasn’t upset in the slightest. Again, I just wanted to use my reward and all I said was, “that’s fine and can I get all the receipts for the transactions?” She then tells me “Yes I’m helping you so no need to have an attitude.” I guess I didn’t realize asking for my receipts was giving attitude. I honestly just wanted them for my records in case my credit card statement didn’t look right or something. After that the whole experience was kind of ruined. I didn’t raise my voice or get upset so honestly not sure what she was talking about. I would love for them to pull the cameras up and go over the whole interaction, because looking back it seemed like Mei or Meimei came over and was very defensive of the employee when there was no need for any of that from the start. I ended up just getting a full refund and leaving. I didn’t raise ask her name and she said Mei but I heard the original employee I interacted with call her Meimei…Just seemed like a bad way to treat customers that spend so much money at Sephora. I also saw another review about this specific location and the Asian manager being rude. Not sure if it’s the same girl I interacted with last night but 2 reviews tells me she isn’t very kind with people.

My daughter had a makeup appointment for her homecoming dance, and we were lucky enough to have Marcela Calderon as her artist at this location. Marcela was absolutely phenomenal! She dedicated so much time and care to perfecting every detail, using a wide range of techniques to enhance my daughter's natural beauty. Her expertise in product selection and face sculpting was truly impressive--my daughter looked stunning! For just $60, the level of artistry and professionalism Marcela delivers is an incredible value. If you're looking to feel confident and radiant for a special event, I wholeheartedly recommend booking with Marcela. She's a true gem in the beauty world!

My 68-year-old mom and I plan a Sephora shopping trip twice a year when we visit each other, but this location left us feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. No one greeted us or offered help when we walked in. When we tried to test concealer, an Asian manager girl with fake freckles abruptly corrected us in a scolding tone, moved our items without explanation, and continued to engage in a condescending way even after I said I didn’t want further help from her. Instead of being guided and cared for, we felt rushed, belittled, even mocked, and out of place. We ended up leaving without several products we had planned to purchase. As someone who has worked in customer service for 20+ years, I know how important it is to make customers feel valued. Sadly, this experience felt the opposite.
