We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Clarke & Rush, thanks to the amazing team of Billy, Jesus, Ryan, and Rusty. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork. They arrived early—around 7 a.m.—and worked nonstop until 2:30 p.m. Their coordination and clear division of tasks made the entire installation process smooth and efficient. Even more impressive, they came back the next day not only to finish the remaining work but also to thoroughly clean up the area. After everything was completed, they spent an extra 30 minutes patiently walking me through how to operate and maintain the new system, answering all of my questions in detail. Their dedication and positive attitude truly made a big impression on us. We felt very comfortable and happy having them in our home for two full days. Honestly, it didn’t feel like just a service appointment—it felt like we made new friends. We sincerely hope they’ll have time in the future to visit us again just to hang out and share a meal together. This kind of customer service is rare, and we’re so grateful. Highly, highly recommend this team!

Professional scheduling and billing, heads-up calls before arrival, and competent, professional technicians combine to make Clarke & Rush my go-to for HVAC service. During peak seasons, quick appointments can be hard to get but they've worked hard to fit appointments to my busy travel schedule. I haven't searched extensively for alternative options, but pricing seems reasonable and honest (e.g. they quoted a certain amount of refrigerant, but the repair used less than expected and thus they billed less than the estimate -- something I would never have known had they not been so honest about it).

I have used Clark and Rush in the past to install HVAC system which is very quiet , efficient and was very well priced. there I did not hesitate to ask Clark and Rush to install my water heater with pump. everything went very smooth. Brandon, the installer was very professional and efficient. the Job site was left very clean and the water heater with pump is working very well and is energy efficient.

Heat pump maintenance. Easy to make appointment, on time, work well done. Stacey, who made the appointment, was helpful, friendly, and flexible with my schedule. Doug, the technician, was conscientious, professional and explained what he was going to do. When finished, he let me know what he found and made suggestions on improvement of the system. I have used this company before and will definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.
