This Veterinary clinic is exceptional. I think I have written maybe one or two Google reviews before, but this place deserves one. From the initial consult over the phone till when I finally checked out at the end of the appointment the entire staff were patient and kind. The vet (Dr Harjot Mundi) sat down with me and gave me incredibly thorough breakdown of what my cats' symptoms could mean and what steps we should take to remedy them. He did not unload additional tests or medications on me but instead gave me smart options that would minimize both the stress on my cat as well as my wallet haha. I have unfortunately had several poor experiences with different vets in the past and my visit today was such a wonderful change from what I have come accustomed to. If you are looking for a new vet, you should seriously consider giving this place a call.

I will happily never return to this clinic again. I have been taking my dog here for years, but the last two experiences I have had with them have been terrible. They are dishonest with what care your pet needs, and unwilling to cooperate with customer service. For starters a couple of visits ago, my dog was having diarrhea after eating something in the backyard. She showed no other symptoms expect for diarrhea (she was eating well, drinking over all happy). The vet had me spend over $1000 on tests, when all I needed was a $25 over the counter product to relieve her diarrhea symptoms. In my most recent experience, the vet I was dealing with told me to say “chronic anal gland drainage” for my pet because the price is lower, however Margaret the receptionist rudely fought with me over the telephone saying that I could not be charged the “chronic” rate which was $45ish, and instead had to be charged the “regular” rate which is $90ish because my dog does not need the procedure often enough. I told her that’s not fair as the vet told me to say this, and she was reluctant to bring a manager or vet on the phone about this issue. When the vet came on the phone, she explained why I had to be charged the regular rate BUT then told me if I want the “chronic” rate I have to come in every 2 or so months to get it. I thought it was insane that she would recommend a procedure for my dog that my dog does not need. Steer clear of this place, they don’t care about your pet - they care about how much money you are going to spend. Shameful business - I will NEVER be returning.

We brought our cat in for exams and blood work. Two young inexperienced ladies missed the vain 3 times before going for the jugular to get the sample. Our cat had arthritis so the vet recommended a shot to ease the pain, I asked if it would have side effects and if it wouldn't kill her. The doctor said no, we brought her home and she stopped eating, drinking, and laid on the floor all day and night. We brought her to emergency veterinary hospital and she was euthanized. We don't recommend this veterinarian, it has been taken over by new people.
