Very pleased with the parts selection across their multiple sites as well as with the setup of the website. Ordering parts was straightforward. I was even more impressed with the level of service and the communication. There was a shipping issue that was not B&R's fault, but they responded immediately and worked with me to quickly resolve it. Highly recommended and will be working with B&R again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ B & R Auto Wrecking in Eugene gave me an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and when it came time to pick up my car, the tow truck driver was polite, kind, and very accommodating, even with my tricky driveway. They offered a fair price, and I like knowing my car’s parts will keep other vehicles rolling around Oregon. Great customer service all around!

Update 1/20/25 $5 to go into the yard be prepared with proper shoes and five bucks or you won't get in. Danielle is still awesome. Always smiling and very good customer service. The other staff is equally trained. I'd highly recommend the guys and gals down at the Eugene location because they are very good at what they do. Thanks Danielle!!
