My now fiancé and I went to Classic Creations when we decided to begin looking for rings, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. Marnie took the time to show me many in-store options, as well as custom options with certain reference photos I provided. Together, we created my dream ring! She always kept in touch with us from start to finish, sending the rendering followed later with a wax try-on. Marnie is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, however there are many words to describe her outstanding character. Our ring was ready within 5-6 weeks which was incredible turnaround time for a custom piece. The team at Classic Creations is always so welcoming and friendly, I always look forward to visiting. Their showroom is always stocked with the most beautiful pieces. We will be customers for life.

We had a great experience at Classic Creations! The store has many brands that aren't available in Ottawa. Ezo was very knowledgeable, showing me the Sinn, Nomos and Doxa collections. She was also was very patient with me and my slow decision making process! After they swapped the bracelet, the watch is perfect for me! Thank you Ezo and the rest of the staff for the outstanding service and the most expensive espresso I ever had...that just happens to come with a Sinn!
