Whole house rewire with special requests done with professionalism and efficiency. Classic E. wasn't my lowest bid, but Raul won me over as an entrepreneur and small business man. Daniel took the lead on most days. They were easy to work with, adding items along the way at a reasonable cost. Inspections were not an issue, one inspector sung Classics' praises. Broom clean each day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience I have had with Classic Electric. I chose to entrust this company with a major home project of a total electrical update and rewire but now I’m left having to find another electrician to complete the job. My sole communication was with the owner, Raul, which began cordial, but he quickly showed his true colors. This happened on a phone call I had with him to report a power issue which was just the following day after he and his team completed my exterior electrical panel. It didn’t take long for him to begin telling me of additional fees he would charge me for his visit and continued with a tone that all this was somehow my fault. He spoke to me as if I was one of his employees giving me orders, speaking over me and not allowing me to talk. He was very rude and arrogant. I could not believe the owner of this company would have such a lack of interpersonal skills and would speak so rudely to a customer who is expected to pay tens of thousands of dollars for this major project. The breaking point for me was after I told him that his negative demeanor in speaking to me was 100% unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable; he then told me in a smug way that he didn’t have to complete job. He was totally okay abandoning his customer. He lacks customer service skills and is unprofessional with no sense of integrity. He needs to take customer service courses to help him manage his temper and to treat his customers and employees with integrity and respect. He has added much unnecessary stress on top of an already stressful project. I have worked with many other tradesmen during my home update journey and I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect. I highly advise anyone looking for a good, honest, respectful electrician to look elsewhere. I now have to begin looking for another electrician to complete the job.

Richard and Claudio were an excellent team! They were courteous and professional, and did a wonderful job installing a 240v plug for my electric car charger! They were even so kind as to install the charger on the wall! Really appreciate their time, and I'd recommend classic electric Co for fantastic work!
