I strongly suggest everyone using this clinic to get second opinions. I found out that many of the teeth that they were going to charge for 3 surface filling were in fact only 1 surface. They exaggerate the work needed and charge more than double. You have been warned. Do not get ripped off at this clinic. I also suspect they also add unnecessary filling work, as my other dentist ruled out several teeth that were healthy and did not need filling work. I hesitate to say they are fraudulent, I leave it it to the reader to determine. They seem to be flagged by insurance companies, your claims will always go under review. Also, beware of the positive reviews. Look at the negative ones.

The staff on administration is just horrible. Been doing my Invisalign treatment with this ortho for two years now and never once did I leave saying I was satisfied with the administration. Taking payments on my credit card without authorization…. When I clearly mentioned if a payment is needed I would like to be called beforehand to authorize it. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Second time this happens and it doesn’t seem like they get the fact that people’s credit isn’t a joke. I pay debit, cash, credit depending on what i decide. Who are they to decide when and on what card I’ll be paying without authorization. I’m honestly disappointed that I wouldn’t be coming back to this ortho due to the poor administration. If it weren’t poor the lack of professionalism I would definitely go back because the treatments were amazing but unfortunately this situation has happened one too many times.
