One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I came in to buy a fragrance — a luxury product that isn’t cheap — and expected, like in any respectable store, a proper shopping experience: real assistance, respectful treatment, and professional gift wrapping. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness. When I asked if the fragrance could be wrapped properly or if they could offer a decent solution, I was told, “You can do it yourself.” Seriously? In a store that sells high-end products and makes hundreds if not thousands of dollars off each customer? When I pointed out how unacceptable that was, instead of apologizing or offering help, they asked me to leave the store. I’m honestly speechless. If you’re looking for real customer service, a respectful shopping environment, and basic professionalism — stay far away from this store. Complete waste of time. And all of this happened under the supervision of the store manager. I came in at 10 a.m. — the store was practically empty, with more staff than customers — and still, there was absolutely no customer service

Sara is so sweet and made my transition to the state and leaving my old stylist (who colored my hair for many years) so smooth! She spent a lot of time answering my questions during the consultation, speaking to me about what I’m looking for and explaining her process. Her personality shines and I’m so thankful for her ability to give me exactly what I want with a natural blonde.

Amanda helped me replace my makeup from primer to finishing powder! I am so happy I finally have stuff that looks AMAZING! She also gave me a lesson in contouring my face with bronzer and blush. It was fun, easy, FAST, and still less than I expected to pay for all of my new makeup and brushes!

Went to their Salon to get a haircut for the first time. It was a higher price than what I was quoted. The Stylist made a very simple mistake and left a streak of dry hair ends. I went back to fix it and she treated me very unprofessionally. Instead of accepting the fact that she made an error she tried to blame it on my hair care even though my haircut was 5 days prior to that. And made me feel very unwelcome and will never go back again not for as an expensive as a haircut that is to be the problem. To her credit she did fix it nicely and the haircut did come out well which I always liked from the beginning but the fact that she could not take me coming back in and took it personally and then took it all on me. It will just not be something I would ever come back for
