I have a airbnb apartment which is brand new with only brand new appliances. I have not had anyone stay in the apartment yet as I'm still getting batches of items delivered to the apartment. I booked general cleaning so the apartment would be ready for my 1st guest. As I entered tonight and did checks on the teams cleaning of yesterday afternoon I noticed my washing machine door has been extremely damaged. There was a sticker which I removed when I got the machine, it left a sticky mark on the door which the cleaner then scratched and damaged the entire door. I have clearly told him add a bit of dishwashing liquid with water and damp the area, leave it for a while and use a soft sponge to wipe it off. Unfortunately VR cleaning and the cleaner is denying they are at fault and turning it against me as if I would damage my own brand new appliances! This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They are ignoring my calls, I've been sent a whatsapp saying the manager would call me which no manager ever called me back. I also asked for the manager's nr and still I didn't get any response. Attached is the photo marked exactly where 1 small part had a sticky area to be removed. & the remaining photos is of how it looks now!!!! 🤬 Poor service of the team and the fact that you guys are trying to deny you did wrong is just disgusting!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. I needed a replacement for my longterm nanny for only a month. They promised to deliver the services that I clearly asked for. Firstly, the presented them really well and professionally in order for me to sign the contract and pay a deposit. They asked for a full upfront payment, luckily I only paid a 50% deposit. They sent me a lady for 1 week that seemed keen and happy to do the work. To my surprise she was picked up for her day off and never returned. They sent me another lady in the interm which I didn't need only to charge me for the service. They then sent me a 3rd lady to handover from my existing maids responsibilities. I found out that she had NO VISA or Emirates ID and it was her first day on the job at 9pm in the evening. She was extremely hungry and came into my home with a positive attitude however to my surprise again 2 days later she said she would have to return to her accommodation. The company then promised to send me another lady however at this point they wasted almost 2 weeks of my time trying to find a replacement for my full time maid while she's on holiday. Finally, I get sent an email that is neither honest or professional stating they are happy to refund me for the days that the ladies worked. Which works out to be the amount that I already paid. They did not answer my calls and extremely dishonest on their approach. They have caused distress in my home having ladies coming in and out while we take care of their sleeping, eating and accommodation needs.
