Clear Choice Remodeling

We selected Jana Ward and her team at Clear Choice Remodeling to renovate the upstairs of our home, including two bathrooms, a bedroom, balcony and staircase. Clear Choice did an excellent job on the remodel, and we are very happy with the results. All of their subcontractors are professional, do quality work, and were respectful of our home. Mary was the Project Manager and supervised the job and coordinated scheduling. The communication with her was excellent, and she was always very responsive and had good control of the remodel details. Jana is very fair and honest, does a good job of listening to the needs and desires of the client, and she took the time up front to fully understand our goals for the remodel. One of the reasons we selected Clear Choice was Jana’s design expertise, as we needed help with design decisions. Her design team did a great job of creating 3D images of the planned renovation, which allowed us to visualize the design details. Jana is very skillful with design details and color selections, and always took time to help us make the best design selections. Overall, we highly recommend Clear Choice Remodeling to anyone needing renovations to their home.

Jana Ward and her team of remodelers at Clear Choice are outstanding! We had a mess of a kitchen due to pipes that leaked in the concrete slab. The plumber rerouted hot and cold water pipes through walls and by jackhammering the floor. He connected the new pipes from a bathroom to our refrigerator and then to an island sink and dishwasher. They were super careful not to hit any tension cables. The electrician moved outlets to accommodate a new oven range, vent hood, wine fridge, and microwave. Mary, the Project Manager, consistently communicated work plans to let us know when the electrician, plumber, drywaller, cabinet maker, counter tops, etc. were going to arrive. Jana also has an interior design studio where I picked out the new kitchen table and chairs. After they finished the kitchen, we hired Clear Choice to remodel our downstairs bathroom that also had water damage from the slab leak. Clear Choice offers the design vision, planning, and remodeling skills to get the renovations done.

We came home to a busted pipe in an interior wall while on vacation; two inches of standing water in every corner of our house, and displaced for 8 months with our two little boys and dog....living between hotels and apartments. We pretty much lost everything. After getting 5 bids with remodeling contractors, Clear Choice was the most thorough and detailed on explaining the actual scope of the job. Deadlines and expectations were set on an organized timeline. Clear Choice Remodeling, JWI Interiors, and Jana Ward's teams, were nothing short of amazing! We had to gut and rebuild everything in our house and as painful and heart-wrenching of an experience as it was losing so much, Clear Choice got us back in our home in 5 months, and we gained so much more than we lost. It couldn't have gone smoother. Jana meticulously picks her team members, because every single person we encountered was on their game, was extremely knowledgeable, and always working hard to make every turn of this process seamless. We always had envisioned getting to build our own custom home, but this is the closest we could get to it and we cannot believe the workmanship and quality of the custom designs they incorporated into our remodel. They provided us 3D renderings of exactly how everything was going to look. Brought out samples of paint, flooring, and cabinetry to the house, so we could get an actual feel of it, not just the look of it in their studio on a computer. The owner, Jana Ward, also owns a well-oiled interior design company, so not only were they able to rebuild and remodel our home, but they also helped us to replace all of our personal property/furniture that was damaged in the flood with state of the art decor and design. Literally, our house looks like it came out of a magazine. Thank you, Jana and team. You guys have been a huge blessing in our lives. We can't thank you enough.
