This place was amazing. My dentist made me an appointment here to get an extraction since he didn't do them. Since I'd never been seen, and for lack of communication, they made me an evaluation appointment. I spoke to the lady about how it was supposed to be an extraction appointment. She went out of her way to speak with the dentists and one made time to do my extraction although he had a full day of appointments. I'd definitely recommend.

A lack of communication and care has left me in agonizing pain. I purchased the Smile Arts plan the previous year and knew I still needed some dental work done prior to the expiration of the plan. I scheduled an appointment and met with the dentist. She went over everything that was going to need to be done. I questioned her about one of my teeth and she had to go back and look and told me that it would need a filling. This appointment was on a Monday (I had about 10ish days left on my plan) and I was scheduled for the following Monday at 9am to have the work done. I explained to them I had an eye doctor appointment that afternoon and wanted to allow plenty of time to get all of my dental work completed. They called me after I left and pushed my appointment to 10am, and again I explained my situation of having somewhere to be and needed enough time. I was assured it would be fine. A week later I show up from my appointment and get set up in a room where I waited for about half an hour before someone told the assistant that I was in the wrong room and moved. A different dentist came in and told me that there was some changes to my treatment plan after they had reviewed the notes from the previous week. At no point was I contacted about this in the entire week, so I was caught off guard and felt rushed. I was told that eventually my tooth would need a crown. We had some discussions and I had told them again about needing to be somewhere, and was concerned we were running out of time. I was unable to takeoff any other days that week prior to the expiration of my dental plan, which is why I tried to communicate my needs. I told them I was concerned that it was now 11, and we had not started. I was told that if it did not get done, I would be responsible for the full cost of anything not completed since I couldn’t come back for another week. Another dentist came in and said he was confident that he could have it all done in one hour and went to work. Prior to my appointment I was in absolutely ZERO pain, and had NO sensitivity. I just needed some fillings, and one damaged tooth extracted (chronic grinding and clenching has damaged some teeth). When the dentist was done, he left and I really was not given any post care instructions. I did have a tooth extracted which ended up split open almost to the center of the roof of my mouth. I made a follow up appointment for a couple weeks later as I started having a lot of sensitivity on a tooth that was previously not painful. I was told that in the process of the filling that they had to get pretty close to the nerve and that if it didn’t go away, I would need a root canal. I was not told this was a possibility beforehand, or I might not have spent the money on having the filling done and could have saved up for the root canal. The pain only got worse. The pain wakes me up almost every night. I have to be extremely careful drinking anything, as anything cold or hot hitting that tooth is beyond excruciating. I cannot chew anything but soft food or the pain is excruciating. I’m disappointed that risks were not discussed with me prior to the procedures. The overall lack of communication involving my treatment, post care instructions, and possible side effects is disheartening. So I will continue to live in pain until I can afford to have it fixed. In this economy, it took a while to save up for that work, and it will be a while before I can have more done.

I had 2 teeth broken below the gum. The pain had become harsh. I called my insurance and asked about this practice. They had good standing. Wow the hygienist and tech were so kind and very nice. The dentist came in a even on a Friday not wanting me ro persevere through the weekend he took those roots out . Everyone was professional and kind

I do not recommend this dentist office at all I go in to get my top dentures and talk about my bottom teeth so they tell me I need fillings in my bottom teeth and get a parcel for the missing teeth so when I get the upper teeth they don’t fit right I went in for multiple appointments and they never got them to fit right I call to make an appointment and they tell me they aren’t the dentist for me so now I have a upper denture that does not fit fillings they did in my bottom teeth which they knew they should have been pulled and the right thing to of done was I needed a bottom set of dentures now less than a year later I’m going back and forth with my insurance company trying to get bottom dentures that should have been done instead of the fillings when they done my fillings I wasn’t all the way numb and he just kept going he ate up my gums and lips during the process the office staff especially the rude office manager made me feel very uncomfortable to say the least it was a very horrible experience please take my advice and think twice before going to this dentist office. This whole thing has been very stressful when it shouldn’t have been when I visited a different dentist office they said they’ve had a few people come in and speak poorly of that office no one should have to be put through this type of unprofessionalism. Forgot to mention that I even have a recorded conversation with the office staff with the staff herself saying that I was never happy with the top dentures so why do they feel as if they deserve the payment knowing I was never happy with the dentures. I could go on and on as you can see I’m not very happy and very upset that this has even happened.
