She made very thoughtful suggestions to simplify our planning process and make our wedding way less stressful than I initially thought it was going to be. Natasha did an amazing job as our month-before/day-of coordinator! We had a couple of calls with Natasha well in advance of the wedding, where she gave us key pointers on the planning process and gave us all of the tools for success. We then independently planned most elements of the wedding until Natasha's takeover 1 month prior to the wedding. It was so nice to have Natasha take over those 'last-mile' communications, because it allowed us to focus on other things leading up to the wedding! Natasha was super helpful and responsive, and she made sure that every small detail of the planning process was covered. She wasn't able to attend our wedding day last-minute because of COVID, but she quickly arranged some of her colleagues as replacement day-of coordinators. The replacement coordinators Holly and Sydney did an amazing job, no doubt because Natasha prepared them so well and had created such meticulous documentation! Overall, we highly recommend Natasha, especially in these times of uncertainty due to her flexibility and resilience!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Natasha at a wedding in Whistler where she was event planning & decor and I was the wedding officiant. As a Whistler wedding officiant I work with many wedding and event planners and I must say I was very happy to work with Natasha! She was an absolute pleasure to work with, she has a keen eye for detail and ensuring the timeline runs smoothly, and she nailed the decor and styling.
