One of their trucks dropped rocks on my nice car that I work very hard to keep perfect and damaged it. I have chips on my trunk, spoiler, and right quarter panel. I have dash cam footage of the truck with the rocks visibly falling out, and audibly hitting my car. The warning to stay back is not legible, and I was also in the far left lane as the truck was entering the highway. I have the DOT number on video, their logo clearly on the truck, and pictures of the damage time stamped minutes after it happened. They claim they are not liable after having people internally and externally review the footage. Sucks that people aren’t willing to make things right. I gave them a chance to make it right and they proved they don’t care even with all of the obvious evidence. I have not used their services so I can’t speak to that, but I believe this incident shows the character of the company enough to draw your own conclusions. Look closely in the photos and you will see the rocks as they fall. Now I get to deal with the expenses of getting my car back to how it was before their truck damaged it. I rarely write reviews, but this is my only option remaining to try and get this resolved.

License plate number 738680 in a red Ford Silverado on January 3rd driving in Nashville TN entered the Love's gas station and almost hit my son speeding through the parking lot to race around another car who was waiting for a parking spot and took the parking spot they were waiting for. I have no real problem with the poor character of an individual racing around another person for a parking spot. That is between him and his maker. However, in a company truck to drive like that through a full parking lot and almost hit my son who was not in the way is another. I want the owner, CEO, and his immediate supervisor to be aware of his actions and handle this situation accordingly. If this has played out another way, litigation would have been my response. Thanks.

Some jerk in a truck with their website pasted all over it cut me off in traffic and nearly hit my car. Wouldn't recommend.
