I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I came with my 21-month-old baby to check a concerning allergy on her leg, along with my wife, who is 33 weeks pregnant. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but we arrived at 2:20 PM after struggling to find the dermatology area. When we approached the staff to confirm our appointment, they couldn’t find any record of it in the system. Instead of helping, they ignored my wife’s questions and directed us to scan a QR code to book the appointment ourselves. Once we finally managed to make the appointment, we asked how long the wait would be but were ignored again and just told to sit. Although we were called in quickly, the experience with the doctor Majd Elden was equally frustrating. He ask just one question, barely examined the allergy, and when we asked what it could be, he simply said he couldn’t tell and couldn’t perform any tests because our baby is too young. He prescribed two creams without much explanation, advising one in the morning and one in the evening. When I read the creams at home, I found that one (Peitel) isn’t recommended for children under two years, and the other (Elidel) shouldn’t be combined with other creams. The entire appointment lasted barely three minutes, and we left feeling ignored, rushed, and unsure about the treatment prescribed for our child. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I hope the hospital will take steps to improve patient care and communication.”

The Hero Doctor: Dr. Dalia is an incredible doctor and a wonderful person. She walked with me through every step of my journey to the birth of our beautiful baby. Despite the challenges we faced, she always reassured me that everything would be okay. Her dedication went above and beyond, she was never tired of responding to my calls or messages whenever I have questions,she even checked on us during her days off and after her working hours to ensure both the baby and I were doing well. To the entire team in the maternity ward and NICU, thank you for taking such great care of us. We are truly grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and support. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly, making this experience as comforting as possible. 3 weeks in NICU and finally time came to bring our baby home .Thank you all for being part of our story .

I was recently admitted to Saudi German Hospital for an emergency cesarean delivery. I was incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Dahlia Ghazy with me during the procedure. She was exceptionally hands-on and managed both me and my baby with utmost care. Dr. Dahlia closely monitored my condition, ensuring that even in an emergency situation, I felt safe and secure in her capable hands. The team of nurses at Saudi German Hospital also provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I highly recommend their top-notch quality of service—they truly care like family.
