I’ve had a great experience with this leasing company. The staff is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication has always been clear and respectful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental company.

Be prepared to wait months for maintenance, they do not follow up with them. You have to call maintenance and hope they fix it eventually. My place wasn’t even clean when I moved in, there was mouse shit in the cabinets and spiderwebs everywhere. Tried to get a dog from the shelter which was supposed to be ok. Called the office to be sure and she went on a 20 minute tangent about how she’d like to ban dogs and kids because they cause the most damage, then told me to get a cat. Not a fan of the company thus far.
