White Oaks Mall: I had an excellent sales person who was attentive, gave prompt assistance, had superb product knowledge, and was friendly and efficient. An excellent shopping experience, especially when expecting a challenge finding a good jean fit. Bought four pairs! Sorry I did not get the name of cashier #73719 at 2: 11 pm, 11/9/24 Hyde Park: Disappointing. 11/8/24. NO assistance offered at any time while I shopped the entire store for jeans and a sweater. Left without purchasing a sweater that I had been carrying the entire time.Two associates were not busy.

Had no issues but since Cleos is closing deals should have been better. Sign said one price bit clerk said item was on wrong rack but there was 6 of the items different sizes. I was not the only one upset and did not purchase the item as no discounts were offered.

They have a variety of nice styles. Cloth texture is a bit too synthetic for my taste but you can still find good items especially for gifts. They have accessories too

Shopping at Cleo at White Oaks Mall London Ontario is always a positive experience. The selection is always great and on trend. The Quality is very good and prices reasonable. They have great sales all the time too! The staff are helpful and friendly. One Associate in particular deserves special mention - when she is not there it's just not the same. Darlyne makes me feel like I have my own personal shopper! She always puts tasteful pieces together for me and makes it fun every time with her fantastic personality!
