David HabteRecently completed a new furnace install (Trane S9X2) with City Home Comfort. Discussed various options with Shawn (rep. with City Home Comfort) who was respectful, honest, and clearly knowledgeable about the HVAC/furnace options most appropriately suited to my home. He then promptly scheduled an installation the next morning on an urgent basis (given my furnace stopped working). The following morning, reps Julian and Ollie took their time to meticulously setup the furnace, as well as test/re-test, and tune the furnace to the appropriate settings. All in all, I sincerely appreciate the service end-to-end with City Home Comfort, particularly in a world where I hesitate in selecting contractors, given the uncertainty in quality/service. That said, I have no reservations in recommending City Home Comfort to others, and absolutely intend to work with Shawn et al. in the future. 10/10
