As soon as I walked in the staff were very welcoming, asking if I wanted a drink, getting me sat down with a form to fill in on a tablet. There was a beautiful smell as I walked in too! Any staff that walked by as I was sat down all smiled and said hello. I was taken down to my room and asked about any problem areas and whether I’d like a relaxing massage or a deep tissue. I asked for a bit of both! 😂 Which the lovely lady did perfectly for me!
