I’m incredibly grateful for everything Naima has supported me through. I started seeing her during a really tough time in my life, right after returning from a 4-month sick leave from work, and she truly helped me get back on my feet. More than that, she gently guided me through my emotions, my past, and helped me begin to heal from old wounds. I always felt seen, heard, and accepted in our sessions. More recently, I tried EMDR with her, which was both intense and eye-opening. It definitely wasn’t easy, but it helped me uncover and process hidden emotions and past trauma I hadn’t fully understood. Thanks to Naima, I finally feel like myself again. It’s been a long journey over the past year, but I’ve come such a long way - and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her!

I would absolutely recommend Naima as a therapist if you are in need of someone who makes you and your feelings feel heard, seen and validated. When I first started Therapie with Naima I felt absolutely lost and hopeless. I was unable to find a therapist in Germany that could do online sessions with me as I was living in Lisbon at the time but I was in need of help to manage my anxiety so I did an online search for German/English therapist in Lisbon and found Naima. I didn’t really know what to expect but Naima managed to create a safe space for me where all feelings were valid and where I had a lot of freedom to navigate our sessions in the direction of where I needed help in that specific moment. It has only been a few months since I started my therapy, but for the first time in a long while I managed to find a safe space within me that Naima helped me create, which is such an incredible feeling. Naima helped me a lot during a difficult period. She has a warm, grounded, open presence which made me feel very safe and heard. She was able to draw on lot of methods and approaches that really helped me and she took the time to understand me and my situation on a deep level. Would highly recommend her.
