**In response to the owners reply, I offered to pay for the extraction as well as the X-Rays; however, I was told that if I didn't pay for the visit, they couldn't see me. So yes, my 1 star has basis. And it is NOT impossible to extract without an XRay as per other dentists I communicated with. A very arrogant and ignorant reply Mr or Mrs "Owner". I will be taking my business elsewhere.** I called asking for an extraction of a tooth that I was told needed to be extracted. I was told that I would need to pay for a visit, x-rays as well as the extraction. I informed them that the dentist who saw me 1 month prior knew of the tooth and it was her who had informed me of what needed to be done. I also mentioned that financially I could only afford the extraction. I was refused services because I couldn't pay for an exam and x-rays. I have been a client of theirs since 2020. This is not the first time this has happened. I am fed up with the greed and pressure placed on us for basic care. We don't all have insurance nor the availble funds for all their so called, Extras. Terrible service and lack of human compassion.

Rendez-vous a 9h45 ce matin je suis seule dans la salle d'attente. A 10h j'attends toujours pourtant 7 personnes sont arrivés il avait tout des Rendez-vous a 10h .toujours rien a 10h15 j'ai décidé de quitter, la secrétaire n'était pas non plus très aimable. Je ne retournerez pas a cette clinique. En grand manque de professionnalisme.

Très bon service et ouvert le vendredi 🙏🏼 Nous avions besoin d'un rdv urgent suivant un tour à l'urgence pour ma fille de 2 ans et nous avons été pris en charge rapidement par Dr Boucher. Merci encore pour votre service humain!

Super service! On a fait 3h30 de route pour être pris en charge pour une urgence. Elles ont été super patientes et serviables. Elles ont acceptées arracher la dent tout de suite pour nous éviter un deuxième déplacement. Merveilleux service pour vrai!
