I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chadi Salloum for a root canal, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Dr. Salloum was incredibly patient and gentle. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The best part was that I did not feel any pain during the treatment, which I was honestly a bit nervous about. His kindness and attention to detail truly put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Salloum to anyone in need of dental work—he's a professional you can trust! I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Mahdiyeh (Madi) during my recent dental visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Madi is incredibly kind, gentle, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. She’s not only professional but also highly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence and making me feel well-informed about the procedure. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor really stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend Madi to anyone in need of a dental assistant who combines expertise with a compassionate approach!

I had a very disappointing experience at CDVO Dental Clinic for both myself and my husband. For my case: On my first visit, they did an X-ray and later gave me a filling on one front tooth, also scheduling another appointment for additional work. A few days later, I started having pain in that same tooth. I called, and they asked me to come the next day. When I went, the nurse took me in, asked about my pain, and then sent me for another X-ray – even though they already had my X-ray from before. After that, the dentist gave me antibiotics but charged me $160 again for the second X-ray, which I feel was unfair since it was the same tooth and issue. For my husband: On his first appointment, they did an X-ray, cleaning, and found a cavity. The dentist suggested a root canal or extraction, and my husband chose extraction (scheduled for Sept 18). But a few days later, he had severe pain. When he went back, without any X-ray this time, they simply prescribed antibiotics and charged $17 just for the prescription. Overall, we feel that this clinic is not transparent with patients and charges unnecessarily. The repeated X-ray charge in my case and the poor handling of my husband’s situation left us very unhappy. We expected professional, honest care but instead had a very negative experience. I do not recommend this clinic based on our experience.

Horrible front desk staff. They moved a child's appointment and tell you upon arrival. They haven't even tried to email the morning of because their staff doesn't come in. Very unfortunate as all their dentists are very polite and competent, but the growth of the clinic has made it impossible to keep to a regular clinic schedule and have quality front desk service. Hygienist Erika was great and takes the time to understand clients.

Year, after year, after year I am always amazed and thankful for the exceptional skill, knowledge and conscientious patient-centric care provided by the entire CDVO Team. As usual, during my last appointment this past Wednesday—I shared my sentiments with the staff. But today, I share my story publicly so that others can consider meeting the CDVO Team and experience the exceptional care that I have had over the years. Gros merci equipe CDVO!
