Since many years I am going to this clinic ; Hygienist not recommended. The staff became rude...doesn't listen to you and doesn't want to help the patient properly. I went for teeth cleaning the hygienist was not professional enough, didn't do his job well. My teeth are not cleaned, it looks same as before cleaning, I am not recommended. Don't waste your money. I am talking about Dr. Simoneau's hygienist. I have nothing to say about Dr. Simoneau, but his hygienist is not professional, I paid for nothing. I am very disappointed. I advise you to find another place or another Hygienist for you, because he is really not professional and he is not able to clean your teeth. Other than that I have a bad experience with scheduling the appointment, after a scheduling error over the phone two times, then you go to the clinic, you see they even didn't put the correct time as they confirmed with you. Hi to the one who replied me on my review I am writing here as after your response was not an option to respond, what I wrote on my review all correct, I don't want to show up my name as I will still need the doctor but this review was for the man (Hygienist) with who who I got my appointment to clean my teeth, on the week of 27 january.
